If you’re looking to return your web order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
All returns must be pre-approved by our Returns Department and you must obtain a return authorization number and return instructions before shipping items back. Please do not return any product to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#), Products returned to us without RA # will subject to restocking charges of 15%, solely determined by our offices. You can request a return authorization within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Authorized returns are for a store credit. All store credits are valid for one year. If you require assistance completing the online return form, please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@c-valleyfootwear.ca.
Please note the following exceptions to our web order return and refund policy:
All returned merchandise which has no visible signs or wear or use with well packed that can be returned to the supplier may be returned for a full store credit less all shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the store credit. All returns are subject to inspection before a store credit is given. Certain products may have a restocking fee of 15% or more. This may or may not be indicated on the product page.
Registered Customers Return or Exchange Requirements:
If you are our registered customers and bought shoes through your own account, please login your account. In the left-hand side menu, click “Orders”. You will see all your orders. Find the order you want to return and click “Return Item(s)”. Complete the form and we will begin to process the return or exchange very soon.
We strongly recommend you that your returning follows the above steps. It helps us to find your original order and shorten the return process.
If you did not see the “Return Item(s)” button, it may because your order has already past the return due date or other technical issues. In such situation, if you consist to ask for return or exchange, please send email to us at sales@c-valleyfootwear.ca.
Non-registered Customers and Guest Checkout:
If you used guest checkout to buy our shoes, we are sorry, our system cannot track the transaction. So, when you ask for return or exchange, please attach original transaction email. And send email to us at sales@c-valleyfootwear.ca. Once we find your original transaction record, we will begin your return.
Exchange: We are sorry that we cannot do exchanges with web orders. Please follow the return procedure to exchange your shoes.
